EPC EUROPEAN PLAFIT CHAMPIONSHIP

The European Plafit Championship (abbreviation "EPC") is a well established professional Slot Car Racing event for the enthusiast. As an international approved ProRacing series the championship was organized the first time in 1999. The “EPC” is hosted in different rounds of races counting for the final championship results. All meetings are raced by the same regulations with slot cars in 1/24 scale of the “DPM” class category. The “DPM” class featuring GT models is well known for both innovative and functional regulations providing a high competition level and equal racing opportunities for all participants.

Modern GT models are very fast racing machines, but are less wide and more height as the low profile sport/prototype models. Thanks to the higher centre of gravity GT cars need more skill when driven to the limit! All is resulting in the very welcome situation that more importance will be given back to the drivers.
